    Zygophyllum morgsana flowers are pale yellow with slight red markings in the throat. The four petals are slightly spaced, variable in shape, from ovate to obovate or elliptic.

    Flowering happens from midautumn to midspring, although some stands of the plant may have only fruit to show and no more flowers by end winter (Manning, 2009).
