The inflorescence of Aloe peglerae is almost always unbranched, comprising a single raceme. Up to three racemes occasionally grow from one leaf rosette. The thick peduncle is flattened low down, about 13 mm in diameter. A few, pale brown bracts with many vein lines are present on the peduncle below the flowers.
The raceme is cylindrical and densely flowered, narrowing slightly to its top. Raceme dimensions are about 25 cm long, up to 8 cm in diameter. The narrowly ovate floral bracts are thin and whitish, the vein lines upon them converging in the bract tips (Van Wyk and Smith, 2003; Reynolds, 1974; iNaturalist).
