Pelargonium peltatum inflorescences are umbel-like clusters of two to nine short-stalked flowers. The calyx tube is about 5 cm long, the corolla tube of similar length.
The flowers are pale pink to purple or magenta with variable dark or dull line markings on the lower parts of the upper two petals. These upper petals broaden in their upper parts, the tips rounded, notched or about flat and out-curving. The lower three petals are slightly smaller, unmarked and club-shaped. The flower diameter is about 4 cm.
Flowering happens in spring and early summer (Euston-Brown and Kruger, 2023; Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Manning, 2009; iNaturalist; www.plantzafrica.com).
