The leaves of the winter growing Pelargonium karooicum are divided into many angular or rounded lobes; the leaf base in picture is rounded. Leaves are soft and slightly succulent, sometimes hairy; pale green in picture. They are sometimes red-tipped or red along the margins when young. Leaves become about 2 cm long (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2010; iSpot).
