Euryops pectinatus

The much divided leaves of Euryops pectinatus are shaped like a comb.  This features in the specific name, the Latin word pectinate, reflecting that shape.

In nature this plant is found in parts of the Western Cape, particularly on rocky hillsides. The profusion of yellow daisies occur mainly in spring, but in good conditions it may flower through much of the year, making this a rewarding garden perennial to consider for sunny spots.
