Moraea nana anthers like question marks
    Author: Ivan Lätti

The three conspicuous Moraea nana anthers curve in strongly in the upper parts of their oblong bodies. Their yellow surfaces are granular with pollen.

The tepal midribs are rigid near the base, the limb parts sagging laterally in the centre, while the tips curve up and the lateral apical lobes curve in (Manning and Goldblatt, 1997; Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; iNaturalist).
