Kalanchoe luciae

Kalanchoe luciae, the flapjack or paddle plant, is very similar to K. thyrsiflora, the leaves of which do not turn so red in winter. K. thyrsiflora also has a deeper yellow flower colour and the flowers are sweet-scented, unlike K. luciae. 

This is an easy plant to grow from cuttings, usually just the small axillary branches that appear on most plants regularly.
