The pale green and bluish white Adromischus maculatus leaves in picture are embellished with the familiar, often dark red to purple dots scattered on the blades. The dots vary in size, not always quite round but there or thereabouts, and sometimes overlapping. These dots are often concentrated near the upper margin but in this case, they are mostly near one side to in one corner.
The faint green leaf colouring is short-lived here, only on the latest two leaves grown (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; iNaturalist; www.llifle.com; https://worldofsucculents.com).
