The flowers of this succulent-leaf Hermannia species, possibly to become known as Hermannia procumbens subsp. orgasmiodorata of the Tietiesbaai region, grow solitary or in short racemes from leaf axils, presented well above the leaves.

Few stem-leaves may appear on the sturdy peduncles. The flowers nod from short pedicels. There are short, triangular bracts present at the pedicel bases. The short calyces have triangular lobes or sepal tips. The corolla tips continue the about cylindrical shapes without flaring (Dr David Gwynn-Evans personal communication 2022; iNaturalist).
