    Inflorescences of Lotononis dahlgrenii comprise one or two flowers each, the peduncles long, growing from short side-branches.

    The banner petals are wide, folded down the centre, the one in picture pointed. The wing petals are small and round-tipped. They adhere to the keels that are narrow and longer than them, sometimes with dull orange-brown tips.

    Flowering occurs in winter (Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; iNaturalist).
